He was very smart for doing so. I have sold so much on CraigsList from houses to businesses. The best part about it it's free and it get's results. Why should he spend our money looking for investors when he has a great free source? I found that ad in like 15+ states over like a 3 month period. Everyone doing all there DD did not even find one of them. Unreal! Do you not think he got responses from investors from it? I know he did for sure!.... People are going to be surprised how this one plays out this year... All I can say and have been saying is do your own DD and make your choice from that. Just dig deep when you do it and Don't listen to other peoples so called DD. It prob is not real DD! Everyone has there own agenda!!
