Maybe they are waiting for a recovery of the oil price above a certain level. Below the current oil price it might happen, that they are not profitabel, and thus they wait with further working on the exploration. Of course I hope for them, and also shareholders, that they can be profitable soon. The sooner, the better for the pps here.
