Yes, spoke to him yesterday afternoon. He claims that he had no prior knowledge of the engagement of this third party pumping service. According to him, he retained a new outside IR company and they must have done this. He said he will discuss with them immediately as he understands how bad this makes the company look. It seems obvious to me that there continues to be one large seller (likely Hudson Bay), and that this pump was designed to produce enough volume to flush them out. While I continue to believe in the long term potential of this company based on the patents that they control and the strength of their management team, I significantly reduced my position this morning. I simply don't like getting caught up in pump and dump campaigns. It is really too bad that Hudson Bay has singlehandedly destroyed the stock value and that, as a result, they have resorted to pumping.
