Mind to provide a link to what Niv said. I've seen all the interviews. Newco is a newly form entity form as collateral. Once the loan is paid all the assets are transfer back to New holdings. Is pretty clear on the loan agreement article 7.16. I can post it here agains if you want or you can ask Niv at the CC today. Going back to 17$.
