I agree with some of your points, except the two:
the $10 price will work for people who are working full time and would be happy to save time on cooking, have their pancakes and eat them too.

Nate fired a food broker BUT:
"The Company has hired an internal sales broker to manage the national and international sales channels. As such, the company has terminated one of its broker relationships to consolidate the sales efforts."

When companies hire full time internal specialists - it's a good news - it means they have plenty of prospects and/or business on hand.

Actually not loaded at all. I was shocked at her response. I think $5 is acceptable. Either way, I hope we get detailed news soon too!
