0.00 Down 0.00(99.62%) Feb 10...It doesn't speak well for N1 tied to ROC if indeed that is there plan. Interesting that they wouldn't settle being it is a positive to keep shareholders. Very shortsighted if they don't settle up. Best practice is keep your shareholders happy. Forming a new company usually transacts while in the making but obviously these guys haven't...yet. I would think you would get your shares. The knock is a good thing. Keep the pressure on them. IMO
