Dan O'Neill is executive Chairman of the BOD. I'm sure others will be coming along shortly.

I believe Brent and Dan are the only ones who are not independent. Perhaps other posters more knowledgeable than me can verify.

Generally independent directors do not own company shares and do not have any business dealings for which they are compensated (other than board of director fees).
