#61863 RE: gosox12 #61862

Gosox12, we could be on a sinking ship. But if DSCR's track record is any indication of future performance, I'd say if they are diluting, they prob. are not doing it any more than they have to.

I posted this on another FB site. You/others might recognize it. I try to get the word out about DSCR in a way that is appealing and reasonable. The original question was what are your thots about DSCR. This was followed by the Administrator's warning(to the effect) of 'no spamming, choosing your words carefully', etc.

I'm tired of the trips, too. Hope this helps:
"I think I'll take the big plunge, too. Try not to offend anyone here. Don't post much as I really appreciate this site, its DD, and the exchange of ideas. I like DSCR. They just posted their Quarterly and Annual, which brings them up to date. See stickies/IH@@ site. There is still a yield sign, which maybe takes a little more time to come down. Why were they behind in filings? They're broke. And depending on hemp harvest of 160 acres from last yr. I have read the upper leaves and stems were frozen, rendering cbds useless. To an accusation, though, there has been no one, not one person, sourcing this partial harvest failure idea. However, not one public statement has been made stating the upper leaves and stalks were completely harvested. Moreover, the mgmt seems to be on their own unique wavelength of communicating with the retail market. It's a source of frustration. I view this trait as a mark of sincerity. CEO Russell Smith seems to know exactly how he wants DSCR to eventually get upgraded. But he's not going to go about blabbering braggadocios' thus earning general ire and the denial of renewal licensure by HC. The decision seems to be ours as to whether or not we get on board with them. I like that. And they only dilute as much as they have to(so far). Seed harvest was indeed stated as complete. I think we will hear very good news soon: if not, why the expense/work at bringing everything current? Lastly, I think the news isn't going to be as great as some say: Reason? First ever harvest planted very late in season. Weeds, cold, heat, precipitation fluctuations, day length, and it being planted north of the American border, also IMO, should come into play. Nevertheless, imo, these trips should be long gone, once 2014 profits comes in, knowledge from first harvest as well as new J/V's, increased acreage and early 2015 profits and possible African ventures are realized. Hopefully, they should do quite well."

Also Gosox12, check out ss bet. 2015-03-02 & 2015-03-10:

Authorized: 2,986,999,994
Issued and Outstanding: 2,551,413,081 Additional 403 million shares
Restricted: 712,066,751 Additional 153 million shares

403,000,000 X $.0011 (being gracious) =$443,300.00. That really ain't much when co. folks have to eat, make house/office payments, etc. Esp. considering Lawyer Team fees, to bring fins up to date to get ready for (hopefully) the announcement and pps run.

It's obvious they are living off their shares right now(at least to me). So logically I feel they would be highly motivated to sell the 2014 harvest at the 'most advantageous price.'
