Common sense would suggest that someone would be pick up the PMCB mail at the "corporate" office instead of allowing the mail to spill all over the place.
Common sense would suggest that an X-Mas tree and decorations would greet visitors during the holiday season. Why would they go to the trouble if the PMCB office was vacant in mid-November?
Common sense, legal insurance liability, and lease agreement concerns would suggest that the PMCB "corporate" office space be occupied to alleviate any criminal activity.
Common sense would suggest that PMCB register the corporate entity "PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc." with the Maryland Department of State. That has not happened.
