The only factual comments I find in the post is that the Dow is in a downward trend as of late.

These are all speculative and have no facts to support them. They are hopes but actually spoken for like there is no doubt they will happen. They are opinions. They cause newbies who don't do DD to possibly invest here.....and we all know what that means.
The problem here is that the Facts actually go against everything in the post. Facts are a track record to look at what the company has done after saying what they would do. Facts cannot be denied.
Speculation/hype/hope may never come to fruition and is very misleading.
