Company will receive NO proceeds from the offering... this is the conversions !!!!!!It also appears they are entering another funding round... that's why they had to increase the authorized shares.... guys, i stand by what I said earlier, there will be between 1 and 2 billion shares outstanding before the end of the year, my guess is closer to 2 billion..... I don't have time to read through the S1 today, maybe in a few days.....
