QLTS they may have received the funds already and just not posted PR for any number of reasons, they maybe trying to work out terms on additional $57.5mil to post all at once, they have several projects in the works, maybe deciding which project gets fast tracked to PR as well, most co.s have dilution/convertibles hanging over any news releases, we do not have that here so selling pressure is greatly reduced, buying the quite is a smart move on this one
