So Diwan buys 14K shares? So what, that's nothing. Why if he believes in the stock, he owes it to the shareholders who took a massive hit (along with NNVC, losing half of their value), to buy back on the open market 1,300,000 shares that he sold to build HIS lab.

Then I would say OK. But 14K is a snow-job and a insult to all but Bunker People who still want .... to believe.
