let us see, the shareholder meeting was Saturday, the shareprice dived Monday and Tuesday. and, you were not smart enough to pick up cheap shares those days even tho we told you so. what a ridiculous argument. by the way I talked to the sec and they are laughing so hard that they lostn the complaint rather than embarrass whoever filed it.

By the way, the parties that attended the Shareholder's Meeting on Saturday and were given the opportunity to peruse through the full Form 10 filing, each agreed to a non-disclosure and non-trading hold-back until the Form 10 was generally published for others to see this morning.

Point number two, the stock is NOT up...

The SEC will file that with all the other false accusations that have been leveled against the co.
