SEC Form 1-A - I believe its the form that has been taking them months to complete with their attorneys and SEC. It has taken 5 rounds of amendments to finalize. Per CEO they are on their 1 last remaining question to be finalized. After that its 4-5 days, LOL....Going to be huge here!!!
SEC form 1-A is a beast, went through it yesterday, which is why they are having attorney on this!!! Everything has to be perfect!
