And then there is the perennial question of new customers. Has anyone got any verifiable information that Andy or anyone else from PLUG has indicated that these names will be released with the results?

I don't see the annual results being a milestone that triggers removal of any contractual confidentiality clause.

I suspect the HD news will be when they attend the grand opening ceremony in Luckey, OH some time this summer.

Probably the same with Nike or whoever the major athletic apparel retailer is.

As for other new customers I hope we are starting to change the terms of the contracts. Certainly repeat orders could be listed in a PR at any time IMHO and summarized in the quarterly filings (see what Taser does each month).

On the subject of leaseholders - I had forgotten about that - no update on how the M&T bank agreement has helped book customers. That would be a good thing for analysts to cover in the Q&A.
