#302 RE: OriginalFred #300

Just contacted GPGD IR @ 1-866-892-02. He was limited in what he could say but advised that we will have a PR by the end of the month which will address everything that was mentioned in the March press releases. He said "rest assured in that the company is working diligently" and that "good things are happening." He confirmed that the float is 10 million but he would have to get back to me regarding the OS. I asked whether they had plans on releasing financial data to investors and he commented that he would forward the question to management. I told them that it would help instill confidence if we knew the financial shape of the company.

That's it for now, hopefully we get some additional details.

PS. I've answered my earlier question regarding the merger...it is already completed ;-) I guess next time I'll make sure to read all the pr's before I start with the questions.

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Auto parts maker Delphi said Saturday it filed for bankruptcy after warning for months that a filing was in the cards.
Delphi is the largest U.S. auto parts maker. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for itself and 38 U.S. units in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York. Delphi's non-U.S. units were not included.

I believe Delphi is on the way back. I did not buy it optimally today because I do not believe it is solidly at a near term pull back bottom. I would have been more comfortable buying at $1.00 which would have been virtually 100% retracement of the current price rise from .95 to 1.43, but circumstances did not allow. As it was I went in at 1.13 or about 73% retracement.

Note the following chart. The only signal that gives me any comfort is the gapped down Dogi Candle which may be a Evening Star formation signaling a trend reversal to bullish activity…..everything is a gamble.
