Just to clarify.... The link between the two is hydro mill company. Barren was CEO there just before it became part of triumph as per barren's bio. That article talks about triumph acquiring hydro mill

(de-icers); Airborne Product Support, Inc. (aircraft parts – wholesale) and The Mexmil Company (renamed: TMC Aerospace, Inc.: airplane interior products) plus Global E-Point, Inc. (commercial aircraft security systems). At Hydro-Mill, Mr. Barren was its Chief Executive Officer just prior to its sale.
