Don't worry. Anything they spend on marketing/parties are tax deductible and you as a tax payer are already paying for it, not the shareholders. If party increases their sales, I am all for it. They company made more than $10 million in profit last year and the market cap is less than that. So, it is already a take over target just for it's cash and that is why Fabio is not selling any of his shares. He knows how much they worth.
