The chances of this stock recovering is almost nill so I will sit and wait and see if Malcolm can pull a rabbit out of a hat. He has had a tough time of it and money has always been the problem. He needs many millions to move forward and nobody is willing to take the risk. He has said in the past he had the money but for one reason or another it never materialized. Is it excuses or just plain BS. I don't know but I look for results and to date I don't see any.

I believe you are wrong.

In my opinion any judgment against SmartWin is collectible against Sino, New Times or Genisis.

However, odds are they will settle with Malcolm beforehand for less than the actual damages. Probably to the tune of 15 to 20 mil.

On the other hand if Malcolm is such the stallworth that you point to, he just may hold out, seek (and get) punitive damages beyond the actual as some of the evidence suggests.

He's done good so far. But, from here on out, it all depends on the size of his cajonies.
