Lol evidence you say? We have all seen the evidence.

"Mgt has expressed it is NOT goal to use shares for operational funding"

So they put out a PR stating that they dont need to dilute thereby administering that they are diluting but doesnt need it for operations (what do they need ot for beer money?) And then turns around on the same day as they release the PR and dilute.
