I agree Vaporman. They leak out that there is some news then investors buy and raise the PPS in anticipation. The news is released, the Co dumps stock and traps investors. The chart tells all. Just look at the past history.

You do realize that some shares could of been issued over a year ago right? Someone could have old shares they are selling. Remember Gaspard just took this over a couple months ago. They don't have to be issuing shares for there to be an old note holder. It's moved up 200% in the past week. Shows the selling is drying up
