Easier for the underwriter to off-load?

Cowen sold 12.5 million bucks worth of shares in 2 days.
$74K is quite negligible.

Compare that with Plug Power. Their sale took 5 days, and was for "only" $10.5 million.

Cowen & company llc was the underwriter for both offerings.

Confidence? I think that confidence will be very high when financials and other news come out. I wouldn't be investing money in a company just because insiders are buying. (Probably because I didn't sell when they did ...) - DOOOHHH!!!

I'm moderately happy, long and patient.
