Doug, the projections were for certain price points.... since the stock went lower than one of the examples for the 76 million additional shares, much more shares were issued......
Nov. 21 S1 shows
378,553,149 before the offering, then 405,727,601 after the offering but if you read through the S1 it has a table that shows the potential dilution at certain stock prices.
Wait until the 10Q due May 15th, that one will blow your mind.....
