So just a little information. Go back and you will find the company only requires a simple majority for any vote. At least 51 percent of the company is held in just a few investors hands. Then as far as notification I have received both mailed and electronic versions of all the boards votes and actions sense the change to broadridge and from the previous TA. I have been around this stock for longer then almost everyone here an still belive in the new management and the path they are walking. I have held long and also day traded it. At this point all my shares are paid for thanks to the dips and spikes.
