Well the combined entity WOULD have 2015 revenues of $450 million and "double digit EBITDA". What assumptions were made on the revenue? I don't know. Maybe they are assuming MSLP will do $250 million in revs this year, thus capstone would do $200 million.

Also, double digit EBITDA? Anyone care to interpret that? Is it double digit EBITDA per share?
