Well, in that case you should know that when you apply for just about anything with Government/state's rules/policies then those papers are out of your "hands" until they tell you that your papers have gone through...could be the TTB or tax return etc etc. You don't know the exact date that you will get them returned. At last that's how it is in Canada and I don't imagine it would be very different in USA. $$$LVGI$$$
