There have been hearings, with the Republicans starting to ask a lot of questions regarding why the GSE's are still tied up in conservatorship.....Some are outwardly saying they need to be recapitalized.....Even some Democrats are demanding that the conservatorship ends......but so far it's still all talk......The lawsuits are focusing on the illegal 3rd amendment sweep that occurred in 2012.....Lot's of delays, though....on the governments part, regarding producing documents.....Imagine that...lol
