Andrews still evaluating or working with FDA?

All these FDA IND trials proposed using words will be, developing protocols, etc.. What are they all waiting for???

FDA guidance???

Can anyone figure out what is stagnant? Where are they at with Andrews and FDA?

That to me holds the key to start the engine...
