The plan is to say anything and hope people keep buying these worthless shares before AZFL get halted for fraud, same as what happened before. Not very difficult to figure out.
It paves the way for a bigger hemp industry and helps azfl to eventually (when harvested) sell to a larger market base than just colorado. Mississippi Virginia and idaho r some other states trying to get the same or a similar bill passed.
