So you can't sell your BIGN stocks till June 2 (the payment date) since that is when the stock dividend is paid. If you sell before, you are not entitled to the stock dividend?? Is that a correct intpretation?

"The ex-dividend date is set the first business day after the stock dividend is paid (and is also after the record date)."
