I have a few friends I grew up with that got into the brick layers union back in the early 80's.... I had my chance to go with them but chose not too.... Two of them retired last year at 55... The other one will be retiring this fall at the age of 55..... They keep saying "We told you so".... Well my plan is to retire at 55 if PPHM gives me that chance too. (they laugh at me).... So if I have to rely on SS and my 401k, I'll be retiring at 67... Please Peregrine... 18 years with you!
