Suntech Reaches Ch. 15 Antitrust Deal With Solyndra Trust

Ltd.'s foreign liquidators have struck a tentative settlement with the litigation vehicle left behind by defunct Solyndra LLC in a California price-fixing lawsuit alleging Suntech colluded with other Chinese solar panel producers to squeeze out U.S. rivals.
