Because we are aiming to replace oil with solar. (as much as possible)
Add extra panels to power your car.
Who needs all that OIL?

..but like it or not, at least for now, the Solar industry follows the Oil industry. Oil stocks go down, Solar stocks go down even though you would think that the two have nothing to do with each other.

Once solar grows up a little more I think what ever bond there is between the two will be gone and solar will move on its own. We get closer to that every day.

As for the company name .. why not merge the two names? Sunworks 3D?
