So they've been touting the AS decrease from 990 to 740 million for over a year while maxing out the OS out to 740 million - now they have to raise the AS again back to 990 million. Even after buying those restricted shares back from an insider for an undisclosed sum and allowing that to be touted as another decrease, they've maxed out the 740 million AS?

Sure, that's going to go over well. Being lied to like that in such an obvious pump-and-dump fraud.

So hilariously predictable.

Oh, and it's OK that the new management for both NTEK and HVEL apparently can't fill out a simple form properly. No red flags there at all.

P.S. How would BIG come across that non-public material information explaining the incorrect filing?
