That's only because ignorant people like yourself are making rediculous assumptions. The NEGATIVE R/S is when you dilute shares and your PPS has become nothing. There is no need for LFWK to R/S unless they move to NASDAQ. That would be a POSITIVE R/S. When Dennis mentioned the R/S a couple of weeks ago, I believe NASDAQ was on his mind. I think the plan now is to move to the OTCBB and then later this year or next move the NASDAQ and if the pps isn't $5.00 do a R/S.
