That is NOT dilution. Those shares are already accounted for.

I was in a stock that did a reverse split at the end of last year it took about 1 month for the shares to become tradeable. Of note, the recent poster who has been having a bit of a temper tantrum over this himself aknowledged it would take about a month in an older post.
