i say that because they've done everything they can and it still won't go up. I'm sceptical of this stock. It's a merger only with Sulja, not Consultech. If the float is as small as people are saying why can't it go up ?

If a reverse split happens, it will be the final piece of the puzzle. Audited financials, Consultech merger completed, dozens of projects underway. These folks aren't stupid. Quite the opposite. They have a very sophisticated plan and they aren't rushing or making any mistakes.
