#3659 RE: clearbell #3646

Ok, here is answer for "clearbell" about reissues.

Some of us here bought shares of a company Called KIMJF, who had issued a total of 500,000,000 shares. This company, over time, dropped to below .00001...which means our shares were worthless....Along comes N1 and takes over the company. The existing shares of KIMJF are then frozen (meaning they can't be traded) until N1 sends out the 500,000,000 shares in the new name to the holders of the old KIMJF shares.

Meanwhile, N1 is selling their new shares....so the old investors just have to wait for their shares.....which can take a considerable time while dealing with a stock registered in a foreign country.

In my opinion, if the company isn't legit, they could wait until they sell all their shares and the price goes down to nothing before they give out the new shares.

Ernie usually knows what he is talking about..and yes I assume all the old investors are pissed off because we have not received our shares and it has been about a month that we have been waiting..Most companies( in my experience) usually do everything within a couple of weeks.
