Sorry but you and BR are wrong on this. What you tried to show in your post was really the safe harbor statement from RBC Capital, not from Harvey Berger himself.

You must listen to Harvey Berger's speech in the two conference webcasts (which were listed in my previous post), and you will see that HB never stated the safe harbor statement in the first webcast RBC Capital), but he clearly did so in the next webcast (Cowen conference).
