SA- I still cannot find my way to put money back in. Just because of lack of information on the value of the assets. I did and still do think the debters are better off keeping the company alive and may need commons to do that effectively.
As to your point. IF this was CLEAR failure the down volume would be much higher, so i do think you are onto something- i would like more math or more complete information. Currently this is past my risk profile.
