Well lets hope the third parties that recently received all those restricted shares will take VTMB and Vitamin Green to new heights. Which is to say, I doubt Frank would bring in all these guys just to dilute the stock. After 16 years of flying solo and having to go thru a lot of growing pains, it does not make sense to bring on new partners at this point.
You got to think after 16 years, Frank would be looking for a big payday and not just satisfied to sell shares from time to time, year after year.
He seems committed to the growing the business and w/ the PPS this low something has to give. Investors won't tie up their money forever w/ little to show for it.
