They will never issue 3 billion shares IMO. Their market cap has dropped to less than $300,000, with patents worth in the millions. We still don't know the total amounts of the settlements. This is one of the few penny stocks that has audited financials. I think conversions got out of hand, their market cap dropped below a million dollars and if the insiders hadn't done the 14c when they did, they couldn't have done it. About 100 million shares converted, plus there was naked shorting going on. They were prime for a takeover. AS remains at 200 million until at least April 3rd. I think ENIP may be the buy of the year at these levels.
