Financials were due last Monday, March 2, but SG filed a notification of late filing (Form NT-10k) which gives him an extra 15 days per SEC rules. So the audited 10-k reporting SEEK's annual financials has to be filed by next Tuesday, March 17.
IMO we won't see them until the last day, and after the market closes. Expect a tremendous amount of share dumping between the 12th and the 17th.
not sure as to exactly when but have gotten used to utter dissapointments on previos reports..you will here lots of rosey talk from sg but the numbers simply will not be there ..as i stated its an utter failed buisness model.look back at the commercial debokle and remember all the make believe likes on the facebook page ..my my that told me to bail .the likes are still where the paid //whoeversended the sharade..there are no REAL likes only fake paid for ones ..
