Lots of "selective disclosure" tactics used in those exposed funding solicitation CEO emails as well. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out as there's never any excuses any pos-land CEO's can hide behind when it comes to abusing their fiduciary duties and thinking the SEC's clearly defined rules on what constitutes Fair Disclosure and solicitation of funds!
The so-called bonus/gesture carrot dangled for months behind the scenes takes the cake...as it appears that entire carrot dangled chain of events was attempted to be a guise to make "select" round 1 loyals believe Eric was helping them by offering them the chance to fund his round 2 fun lmfao!
