Sure do.. The cd holders aren't going to be filing INDs. Default and bankruptcy type actions are latent with uncertain, lengthy, risky outcomes.. CD holders are in our boat as well. They need liquidity to sell into, and that ain't coming without a mitigation plan on conversions and significant funding
