Well, I don't know if that is a good or bad thing.
If there are ongoing share issuances per the 3(a) (10) agreement, that issuance could very well be a move to retain control of the company by insiders, anticipating a huge issuance per that court agreement.
There is so much we don't know here. If that is/was the plan, I am sure it would not be revealed as such to current or potential share holders, as it would reveal the potential for massive dilution. Or it could be to retain cash for growth of the company. Hard to say.
The quarterly report will reveal more of what is going on here and I will wait for that. Looking at the 3 month SP chart is not very conducive to a positive SP trend. That chart, along with the T-Trades are the 2 biggest factors for me holding back on buying shares just yet.
