That's why shorts want to cover before RS. Usually is ok, but if it like 20:1 or less for a great revenue producing company in a hot sector with a small mcap like ECIG is, then it could be harder for the shorts if RS goes through, especially if AS increase is not passed.
There are shorts under 0.07 here and they may try to take it down but if they cannot get their shares, they will have to buy above the ask price to get shares. JMHO
There is a lock up period for the new shares to be issued from the T/A to the Brokers, some brokers may get shares a day or 2 earlier than others, but it will be several weeks before you can trade those ECIGD shares in your account...this is my personal experience going through 2 R/S already....IMHO
