Yes and yet some still cannot see the severity of what's happening, If some other form of financing is achieved it may work out, but nothing has changed that gives the impression that they are close to any kind of deal or another financing arrangement and no one knows for certain what offor will do!

Looks very much like Ntephe is going to ride this cash pony to the last buck if you can forgive the pun !

Take a step back, think, and tell me who is the boss in a company: the CEO or the Owner?

If you were the owner, would you let Peter do his thing, if you did not agree with it? Just a little reminder: ABN/AMRO bank was brought into troubles by a 5% owner... Offor has slightly more than 5%
