The CFO's background is in raising growth capital for medical device and technology companies, and a history in corporate finance, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuations and financing activities for various types of transactions.
This person is certainly not needed for SEC/tax filings, those have been done over the years without a CFO.
New trajectory as it looks otherwise no need.
